config.local.php was found, but install_key is missing or shorter than 16 characters.

Before installing, create the configuration file on the server:

In the folder ideapremium_app/config/, copy config.local.example.php to a new file named config.local.php.
Fill in your database name, username and password from hPanel → Databases.

Paste these freshly generated values (keep a private copy of app.key forever):
